Churchill Howard are recruiting for a Head of Finance to join a successful and growing FM business in Birmingham.

In this role, you will be a business partner to the MD, helping to drive business performance and the achievement of ambitious targets.
You will also oversee a highly motivated team of finance professionals in driving commerciality throughout to identify and maximise business opportunities.
As well as managing the P&L, you will also take a lead on finances for all contract negotiations.

The person we are looking for will be a qualified, highly motivated senior finance professional with extensive experience of full P&L ownership and a proven ability to support business growth.

Due to the ambitious growth plans, our client needs someone with a strong background in facilities management (hard and soft FM) who can support and challenge the MD based on their sound understanding of the sector.
Additionally, credibility, confidence and gravitas will be key here to lead your team, alongside resilience and a positive, continuous improvement mindset.
