Key Responsibilities
• Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end revenue process, including the month-end close. Ensure all financial processes are efficient, compliant, and well-documented.
• Reporting & Analysis: Manage the production of financial performance reports, providing insightful commentary on variances.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with Controllership, Finance Business Partners, and other stakeholders to provide a comprehensive view of the revenue process.
• Financial Controls: Establish, maintain, and monitor the financial control framework, ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulations.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Take a lead role in business planning and forecasting, building robust budgets and managing ad-hoc requests.
• Transformation & Improvement: Act as a subject matter expert on projects related to revenue, actively driving sustainable change and process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in a similar revenue accounting or finance management role.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and controls.
• Experience in managing and developing a team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
