You’ll be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with a proven track record in financial planning & analysis (FP&A). You're not just comfortable with numbers, you're able to use them to tell a story and influence senior leaders.

The Role:
Your main focus will be on improving financial processes and leveraging tools like Power BI to deliver value-added analytics and insightful reporting. You'll manage key financial planning cycles, from budgeting and reforecasting to preparing presentations for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Commercial Support: Act as a commercial partner, managing month-end tasks, preparing journals, and communicating financial results to stakeholders.
• Performance: Drive and improve performance reporting, lead the annual budgeting process, and identify financial risks and opportunities. You'll be the go-to person for central cost centres.
• Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to automate reporting using Power BI and implement continuous improvements to deliver faster, more accurate insights.
• People: Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and support the development of junior team members.

Essential Skills & Experience:
• Qualified Accountant with a background in FP&A or a varied accounting role.
• Strong experience as a business partner, with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels.
• Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience in complex financial analysis and presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Track record of driving commercial value and improving business results.
• Experience leading or managing a team.

Desirable Skills:
• Working knowledge of SAP and Power BI.
• Experience with Anaplan.
