We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Project Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. What you'll be doing:
• Manage the full monthly accounting close for our joint ventures, including the preparation of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Act as the key financial liaison with our JV partners, managing all aspects of invoicing, cash calls, and collections.
• Take ownership of budgeting and forecasting, providing insightful analysis of variances and cash flow projections.
• Support critical financial reporting and audit processes, ensuring compliance and a smooth audit experience.
• Drive process improvements by identifying and implementing enhancements to our systems and reporting.
• Prepare key management information and dashboards, providing stakeholders with valuable insights into capital projects and performance.
• Contribute to technical accounting discussions on topics like revenue recognition, impairments, and accounting policy.

What you'll bring:
• A qualified accountant certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA,).
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with SAP or BI platforms is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills, with a proven ability to deliver accurate work under pressure.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for automation and process optimization.
• Experience with capital project accounting and joint ventures is highly desirable.
