Are you an auditor who’s more at home on a project site than behind a desk? We’re looking for a hands-on Regional Compliance and Assurance Auditor to take the lead on management systems assurance across live construction and infrastructure projects.

This isn’t about financial audit or controls testing — it’s about making sure our projects deliver safely, sustainably, and to the highest standards through our Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001).

What you’ll be doing:
• Carrying out site and project audits across Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, and Information Security.
• Working directly with project teams and regional leadership — credible, practical, and collaborative.
• Challenging where needed, supporting where it adds value, and always keeping standards front and centre.
• Travelling across the Midlands region, with the occasional trip into London. (Hybrid 1-2 days in the office)

What you bring:
• Real experience of internal audits in construction, civil engineering, utilities, infrastructure, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and risk-based auditing.
• The confidence to engage with delivery teams on site, not just in the office.
• A proactive, pragmatic approach — independence balanced with support.

What we don’t need:
• Purely financial auditors, accountants, or controls testers.
• People without site/project exposure or ISO/management systems knowledge.
