You will be the trusted financial partner to the Commercial Leadership Team, providing the insight and challenge necessary to optimise performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide financial analysis and challenge across all commercial activities: pricing, margins, and product profitability.
• Lead the financial review and challenge of supplier rebate structures and commercial contract terms.
• Deliver robust financial modelling and business cases to support high-value commercial initiatives and investments.
• Act as the primary financial interface, challenging and influencing senior leaders in Sales and Operations.

Candidate Requirements:
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven commercial finance/business partnering
• Strong expertise in margin management, pricing governance, and supplier rebate mechanics.
• Highly commercial, capable of translating financial data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Confident, articulate, and skilled at challenging and building rapport with senior non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills are essential.
