The Role
As Head of Commercial Finance, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, delivering insight, challenge, and clarity across business performance, strategic growth initiatives, and investment decisions.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Leading the commercial finance function and generating actionable insights rather than routine reporting.
• Partnering with stakeholders across operations, sales, and leadership to guide strategic decisions.
• Taking ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Developing financial models that support growth strategies, investment cases, and value creation.
• Enhancing commercial processes, KPIs, and performance visibility across the organization.
• Leading, developing, and mentoring a small but high-performing commercial finance team.

About You
We’re searching for an accomplished, commercially focused finance leader who can confidently navigate a private equity–backed environment.

You’re likely to bring:
• An ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
• Strong leadership experience within commercial finance or business partnering roles.
• A background in high-growth, private equity, or transformation-driven businesses.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-finance colleagues.
