We’re partnering with a market-leading organisation to appoint a Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner into a pivotal leadership role. This is far more than traditional finance — you’ll sit at the heart of the business, partnering directly with senior leadership to accelerate growth, improve profitability and turn insight into action.
Leading finance across a large operational footprint, you’ll challenge performance, unlock opportunities, and help steer commercial decisions that deliver measurable impact.

What you’ll be doing:
• Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders and influence key decisions
• Drive sales, margin, EBITDA and cash performance across a complex multi-site operation
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management
• Translate financial insight into clear commercial actions
• Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and operational improvement
• Build strong relationships across a matrix environment and create accountability for results

What we’re looking for:
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven finance leadership experience within a multi-site, operationally intensive environment
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering capability
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving business performance
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
