The opportunity
As senior finance business partner, responsibilities will include:
• Manage budgets, forecasts, investment plans, risks and opportunities.
• Lead and develop a team to drive outstanding performance
• Partner Operations Director, providing insight and challenge to support strategic objectives
• Present performance reporting and recommendations to operational and finance leadership
• Identify performance drivers, challenging assumptions and translating complex financial and commercial information into insights that drive action.
• Input into the long term business plan for the division

The person
You’ll be
• An experienced qualified finance professional with a strong track record in finance business partnering
• Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders, providing advice and challenging as required.
• Proven in owning budgets, forecasts and long term plans
• Skilled in investment appraisals, modelling and scenario analysis
• An outstanding communicator
• An accomplished team leader who can develop talent, set expectations and build a high-performing finance team.
• Able to thrive in a complex environment where judgement, influence and the ability to turn ambiguity into actionable insight are essential.
