Churchill Howard have been engaged to recruit a Divisional Finance Director for a plc consumer led organisation in the Herefordshire area. You'll have a strong technical background and large company experience, perhaps from manufacturing or construction, and be a recognised leader in your field.

This is a demanding role and a lot will be asked of you – you’ll be heading a multi-disciplinary team and managing some of the most senior stakeholders in the business. They will come to rely on your insight and judgement so you’ll need the intelligence and attention to detail to make sure your information is right. And it needs to be relevant – relevant to what’s happening now, not what happened last week - it goes without saying you’ll be comfortable working at pace.

You’ll be building relationships and adding value to Business Directors – alongside leading transformation projects and supporting other areas of the business.
